BERLIN - APRIL 3: A policeman stands outside Ruetli High School as students leave April 3, 2006 in the Neukoelln district in Berlin, Germany. Teachers from the school recently wrote a letter to Berlin school authorities asking them to shut the school down, citing spiralling student violence directed at other students and teachers. The school's student body is 83% foreign, including 34% Arab, and is located in the northern Neukoelln district, which has the highest unemployment rate in Berlin.
