China: Floods Inundate Hangzhou

Typhoon Meranti weakened to a tropical storm and hit the city of Hangzhou on Saturday.
The storm caused heavy flooding and rainfall upwards of nine inches in some areas, according to state-run media.
Hangzhou has also experienced nine landslides and heavy debris flows throughout the city.
There have been no casualties reported.
