And the flooding in China is also affecting North Korea. Over the weekend, the Yalu River running between the two countries was at critical levels causing serious damage.
More than ten square miles of farmland have flooded as well.
Massive flooding in recent years has left hundreds of people dead or missing, swept away buildings and inundated farms.
