Wildfires Still Plague Portugal

Wildfires that ignited last week continue to ravage parts of Portugal.
Some of the outbreaks are being blamed on high winds and hot weather, but police say several fires may have been started deliberately.
Firefighters have managed to contain some of the blazes, but others are still out of control.
A severe fire in northern Portugal continues to rage, threatening several nearby homes.
The western Iberian nation has suffered a wave of forest fires over the past month.
On August 10, a female firefighter was killed and another fireman badly burned when the two were surrounded by flames, following a sudden change in wind direction.
One day earlier, another firefighter died when his truck fell into a burning ravine.
